At 9 o'clock on the morning of August 13th, ZMPC’s Excellence Construction Office(ECO) held the 3rd dispatching meeting in the Conference Room 635 for our school’s construction of the Excellence and Demonstration Higher Vocational College of Guizhou Province’s Quality Improvement Engineering. People attending the meeting include the school’s vice president, Feng Chunlin, director of the Academic Affairs Department, Guo Jialin, deputy director of the Academic Affairs Department, Liu Liang, and all the teachers from ECO. The meeting was chaired by Guo Jialin.
At the meeting, each ECO teacher has briefly reported on the status of material collection in their respective sections and put forward their own opinions and suggestions based on the actual situation. Deputy Director Liu Liang asked everyone to pay attention to classification and archiving during the material collection process and all the teachers from ECO should carry out their jobs in accordance with the requirements of the project. Still, Liu has explained and answered the questions raised by the teachers. In his concluding remarks, Vice President Feng Chunlin pointed out that construction of the Excellence and Demonstration Higher Vocational College is the current core work of the school, emphasizing its urgency, and demanding that all teachers overcome difficulties, adjust their work conditions, and enhance the construction atmosphere. He asked all to combine the construction work with the key and daily work, making the excellence school construction project more solid, stronger and more excellent to effectively play a demonstrating and leading role.
