On March 14th,in the afternoon, the school’s securityand stability situation discussion and evaluation meeting was held in Room 601 of Young Teachers’Apartment (the school’s current administration building). Hao Gang, oneof the members of the school's Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Committee as well as the school's vice-president, attended and chaired the meeting. People participating in the meeting were secretariesand deputy secretaries of Party general branches from each department, student section chief, security work liaison men, deputy secretary of the school's Communist Youth League , director and vice director of the security department, and director and vice director of the students' affairs division.

At the meeting, the security department first introduced for all membersbasic situations of our school's carrying out the current security work. Then the vice-president Hao Gang organized the participants to conduct a discussion from aspects of our school's current security and stability situation, factors that affect the campus' security and stability, problems existing in the security and stability work, and related suggestions for our school's security and stability work, etc. All the departments have put forward their views and suggestions. Finally, vice-president Hao Gang proposed suggestions for the school's security and stability work at the next stage.Firstly,we should conscientiously implement the principle of equal responsibility between the school's party and administration，as well as the system of double responsibilities within a post，conveying contents of the meeting to deans of each department without delay; Secondly, we should build a security information reporting linkage mechanism to ensure security information communicating and sharing smoothly; Thirdly,we should further standardize and perfect emergencies reporting and handling procedures to ensure treatment of all kinds of emergencieshas both principles and efficiencies. Fourthly，we should make further efforts to strengthen communication and cooperation with the local governmental departments to ensure thatthe comprehensive management of campus peripheral security goes smoothly.
