In order to further enrich our humanities elective courses, on the afternoon of June 19, the Marxist College held a demonstration meeting on Humanities elective courses in the academic year 2019-2020. The director of the college, Deng Shan, vice-director，Wang Feng, and relevant staff of teaching affairs section and all the teachers of the humanities teaching and research section participated in the meeting.

At the meeting, the lecturers introduced and demonstrated the necessity, purpose, significance and advantages of the selective courses to be established for the leaders and teachers in detail. On the basis of listening to the introduction and reviewing theteaching plans，the participants put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on the teaching objectives, plans and methods of the two new courses. In principle, they approved of the two courses as the newly added elective courses for the academic year 2019-2020, which are “Imprints on the Road to Chinese Nation’s Renaissance" lectured by Zhong Hua and "College Chinese" lectured by Zhao Pingping.
