In order to implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era and the general requirements of party construction in the new era, effectively improving the scientific working level of ZMPC’s Party affairs cadres and the organizational, cohesive and fighting capacities of grass-roots party organizations, cultivating and creating high-quality Party affairs cadres, and comprehensively improve the quality of Party building work at grass-roots level.

On July 29, 2019, the opening ceremony of ZMPC Party affairs cadres training class was held at the Humanities International Exchange Center of the College of Humanities and Science of Guizhou Minzu University. He Lin, Vice-county level cadre of the Organizational Department of the Guizhou Province Committee of the CPC, and Wei Ying, director of the Organizational and Personnel Department of Zunyi Medical and Pharmaceutical College, Huang Wenjing, head teacher of the class, and 51 students attended the opening ceremony.

He Lin said that ZMPC applying the summer vacation to organize the new re-elected grass-root party affairs workers to study in the Personnel Cadres College of the Organizational Department of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee of CPC for training, which fully shows that the school has attached great importance to the party construction work. He hopedthat students wouldcherish this rare opportunity, study hard and truely learn something.

Wei Ying emphasized that the training could be held on schedule is due to the careful arrangement and hard work of the College of Organizational andPersonnel Cadres. Therefore, all the students should correct their learning attitude, study seriously, and strictly request themselves so that they could really achieve gains, perceptions and improvements.
