To spread the information on fire control, increase safety consciousness and strengthen the capabilities of self-aid, on the afternoon of November 19th, ZMPC held a conference of fire safety training in the college auditorium.
The conference was chaired by the chief drill instructor from Zunyi Fire Safety Training Center, Liu Wanlong. During the training, Mr. Liu began with the basic fire control knowledge; and then he went on with some typical fire cases on campus on the purpose of explaining the destructiveness of fire disaster and the importance of preventing it. Later, in simple language, Mr.Liu gave a profound analysis of safety utilization of electric power on campus, common fire and electrical fire prevention, and self-aid in fire accident, to improve the sense of security and fire control.
A fire-putting practice followed after the conference. Many of the staff indicated that they understood using the fire extinguisher in a correct way.
