On the morning of Feb.25th, 2020,the National Poverty-Alleviation Commendation Conference was held at the Great Hall of the People, Beijing. Xi Jingping, the General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, the State President of PRC and the Chairman of the Central Military Commission, was in charge of the conference and delivered an important speech. A group of poverty-alleviation role models were honored during the conference.
The Teaching and Administrative Staff Watch the Poverty-Alleviation Commendation watched the live broadcast through TV, computer and cellphone. The leaders of ZMPC and the chief party secretaries of all departments watched the conference at Room 1008 of the Administrative Building, at 10:00 a.m. They listened President Xi’s speech and watch the role models receiving their honor.
After the conference, all staff members indicated that they would remember President Xi’s words and learn from those role models. For the future of the people and the motherland, every one should do his best.
