On November 23rd, 2021, to create higher food security and a more reassuring dining atmosphere for the staff and all students of ZMPC, the logistics management office organized all principals of the catering companies cooperating the college. The logistics office director and the canteen supervisors joined the session.
A report of production safety issues was presented and discussed on the session, during which a few catering companies were given a circulated notice and handled in an accordance with college administration regulations.
The session indicated that“there is no‘a piece of cake’on safety”. All catering companies must reinforce a higher level of safety awareness in a variety of aspects, such as making emergency dealing plans, improving emergencies handling skills, holding periodical safety production meetings, giving professional hands-on training on fire-distinguishing equipment, etc. And the college administration supervisors should also do a hard work to implement the security works and improve canteen services to create a“reassuringdining hall”.
