In order to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, effectively      improve the professional quality of teachers in vocational colleges, consolidate the basic                  professional skills, and continuously improve the professional quality and skill level of teachers in   vocational colleges, according to the relevant requirements of the Provincial Department of            Education, the teacher development center of ZMPC organized the teaching staff to complete a          professional ability and quality test of teachers in vocational colleges on December 17.

In order to do a good job of this test, the college attached great importance toevery part of the           thetest,  such as the arrangement of the examination room, the selection and training of the               invigilators, to ensure fairness and justice, and resolutely eliminatecheating.

This closed-book testwas divided into two session:with a total of ten examination rooms, each of    which is arranged with three examination attendants. The scope of the test are the college teaching     skills and literacy data of the 20th CPC National Congress.

All teachers inZMPC took part in the test and finished it.They have actively strengthened their         professional skills and achieve their goals through the test.
