On March 31st, Zhang Wuxiao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the college, went to Wenjiaba Village, Daqian Town, Daozhen County to investigate rural revitalization work.
Zhang Wuxiao visited villagers and had friendly conversations with town and village officials, list-eningto the reportof industrial development, project construction, and income increase for the local civillians, and provided specific guidance on the current rural revitalization work. Zhang said that everyone should fully utilize the policy of rural revitalization, pay close attention to village planning and project construction, and achieve a good start. He also said that it was essentialto coordinate res-ources from all parties, effectively utilize assistance funds, and actively unite people’s hearts and ga-ther their strength.Zhang indicated that everyone should coordinate the development of the industry, focus on sorghum planting bases and seedling management, carry out planting technology training, and achieve good efficiency and fast income growth.
It was reported that with the assistance of ZMPC, Wenjiaba Village had developed a sorghum plan-ting area of 600 muthis year, including 180 mufor village collective economic leaders, 300 mu for large growers, and 120 mufor individual growers.It was expected to achieve an average house hold income increase of 5,000 yuan. At present, the seedling cultivation work had been successfully co-mpleted.
