In order to thoroughly implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping's vocational education work,                        comprehensively implement the national and provincial vocational education reform implementation plans,and continue to deepen the    reform of teachers, teaching materials, and teaching and law, promote the reform and innovation of vocational education and teaching,    and improve the quality of vocational education talents,ZMPC held the 2024 Teaching Ability Competition according to the                    

requirements of the Notice of the Organizing Committee of the Guizhou Vocational College Skills Competition on Holding the 2023     Guizhou Vocational College Teacher Teaching Ability Competition.

On December 28, 2023, the on-site final was held in the comprehensive building 635. After passing the preliminary screening, a total of 6 teaching teams advanced to the on-site finals. There are three stages in this finals: on-site presentation and implementation report, no  

student teaching demonstration, and defense. The judging panel is composed of the Director and Deputy Director of the Academic 

Affairs Office, the Deputy Director of Teaching in each department, and experienced team leaders in the competition. The judges rate the on-site performance of each team based on five aspects: goals and learning situation, content and strategy, implementation and 

effectiveness, teaching literacy, and distinctive innovation.

Each participating team actively prepared for the competition, prepared exquisite PPTs and various competition materials, and completed the competition excellently. In the end, after fierce competition, Zhang Pu's teaching team from the Basic Education Department won the first place in this competition.
