Dr. Ma Xiaoping of Zunyi Medical and Pharmaceutical College(ZMPC)was awarded the title of "Zunyi’s First scientific and technological outstanding young talent”inthe selection of "TheAdvancedUnits andIndividuals ofScientific andTechnologicalInnovation in Zunyi ". The conditions for awarding "Zunyi’s First Advanced Units and Individuals of Scientific and Technological Innovation" selection is rather strict. After evaluation, 29 units in Zunyi City were awarded the title of "Zunyi’s First AdvancedUnits of Scientific and Technological Innovation", 2 were awarded the title of "outstanding contributor of Zunyi’s First Scientific and Technological Work" and 55 were awarded the title of "Zunyi’s First Advanced Individuals of Scientific and Technological Innovation".

Dr. Ma Xiaoping has been engaged in teaching and scientific research for a long time. She has successively undertaken teaching and scientific research tasks for many majorsof our schooland her main research direction is male reproduction. In 2014, she became a core member of the research team on male fertility in Guizhou Province, and was in charge of two scientific and technological projects in Guizhou Province, participated in six projects, including theProvincialGovernor's funded project and theProvincialScience andTechnologyDepartment's major projects. She was awarded the first prize for scientific and technological progress for Zunyi City in 2014, the third prize for scientific and technological progress in Guizhou Province in 2015, and the high-level innovative talent for Guizhou Province in 2017. More than 20 core journal papers have been published by Dr. Ma (including 2 in SCI).
