In order to better promote and popularize the culture of traditional Chinese medicine, and form the concept of treating illness and paying attention to health among the masses, on October 21, more than 500 students from the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine        participated in the fitness qigong exchange and exhibition series organized by the Zunyi Education and Sports Bureau at the Zunyi         Sports School, with the theme of “empowering rural revitalization and building a fitness China together”.

After more than 20 days of concentrated training, the students repeatedly practice breaking down movements, understanding the             essentials of movements, and grasping the essence of martial arts. At the event, the students carried out movements accompanied by      soothing music, with graceful postures and graceful fist techniques. Each move was gentle and soothing, containing strength, fully showcasing the unique charm of the Eight Section Brocade of Fitness Qigong, and also showcasing the energetic and positive spirit of             traditional Chinese medicine students.

The exhibition had received praise from the audience and laid the foundation for further attracting more people to participate in this sport and traditional Chinese sports.
