On August 22, 2024, the“Knowledge and Action in Guizhou”Silk Road Youth Exchange Program - Happy Guizhou Journey and Enjoyable Zunyi Study Tour, which was hosted by ourcollege, officially kicked off. The event invited 10 international youth from Gansu Traditional Chinese Medicine University. The activities were centered around five themes: the inheritance of red culture, green ecological experience, exploration of healthcare industry development, appreciation of cultural treasures, and tasting of local cuisine and customs.

At the launch ceremony, Deputy President Zhang Biao, a member of  the Party committee, delivered a welcome speech and put forward requirements for the study tour. The main purpose of this activitywas to enhance international youth’s in-depth understanding of the humanistic and historical heritage, urban development of Guizhou and Zunyi, and achieve the study tour goal of“Knowing Guizhou and integrating theory and practice”through the combination of course lectures and on-site visits.

At the evening intercultural youth gathering, students from ourcollegeand international students from Gansu Traditional Chinese MedicineUniversity came together to showcase their respective traditional cultures and promote international friendship.
