On October 23, Yue Yingquan, Deputy Secretary of the College’s Party Committee and Vice President, visited XingfuVillage, Tongxin Village, and Qinggangpo Village in Tucheng Town, Xiushui County to conduct research on rural revitalization and to meet with village officials.

During his visits, Yue attentively listened to detailed work reports and provided specific guidance on current initiatives related to rural revitalization, industrial development, and community engagement. He emphasized that the school's stationed officials in these three villages should genuinely reside there and leverage their unique strengths to assist both the village party committee and the village council in serving the community effectively. Furthermore, he urged them to implement beneficial policies for residents, expand avenues for wealth creation, foster a civilized village culture, build beautiful communities, and exchange their own efforts for the happiness of local residents—thereby contributing meaningfully to rural revitalization.
