To further expand ourcollege’s medical talent pool, enhance the overall quality of medical professionals, and enrich our reserve of specialized talents, on December 20, 2024, Wei Ying, a member of the University Party Committee and Director of the Organization and Personnel Department, led a delegation comprising heads of the Nursing Department, Clinical Medicine Department, and Pharmacy Department, along with staff from the Organization and Personnel Department, to attend the 2025 Graduate Student Recruitment Fair at Zunyi Medical University.
At the job fair, the recruitment team engaged in detailed discussions and interactive exchanges with graduates from Zunyi Medical University. They attentively listened to the graduates' career aspirations and development plans, providing comprehensive introductions to our university's development, disciplinary strengths, and employment environment. Additionally, they actively promoted thecollege's recruitment policies, benefits, and information regarding the upcoming spring recruitment, which attracted significant attention from numerous outstanding candidates.
Through this specialized recruitment fair, thecollege’s talent attraction policies were extensively promoted, and a robust platform for communication and collaboration between our institution and numerous medical professionals was successfully established. This initiative will significantly facilitate the implementation of our spring recruitment plan for next year.
